How it works

1Collect

Tell it once.

Add the pieces of your career as building blocks: the jobs, the clients, the projects, the skills. Ceera’s interview asks one good question at a time and draws out the work you would never think to write down.

2Career DNA

One living record, yours.

Everything you add becomes your Career DNA: a structured record of your whole career, laid out as a universe you can take in at a glance. The richer it grows, the better everything made from it.

3Power

Every document, from one source.

Your CV, proposals, cover letters and personal website are written from your DNA, so the hundredth proposal is as sharp as the first. When the record grows, they flag themselves out of date and refresh on your say-so. Never silently.

  • Personal website

A site of your own, written and kept current from your DNA.

  • Booking

A tool you switch on and embed in your site.

Inside Ceera

What you get in Ceera

One place holds your career. Everything else, from the universe to your website, is drawn from it.

  1. Your whole career as one structured record: every job, client, project, skill and outcome, each placed in time. It is yours, and you can take it with you.

  2. An interviewer that asks the right question at the right moment, one at a time, and turns your answers into building blocks. It finds the outcomes and the details you would leave out.

  3. Your career drawn as a universe: years as orbits, chapters as territories, every piece where it happened. The years you have not filled in stay in fog until you do.

  4. A CV, a proposal, a cover letter and a personal website, each written from your DNA and refreshed when you say so. Capturing your career is free; the interview and the generators are on paid plans.

  5. Tools you switch on and embed in your own site, starting with booking. Your site becomes the place clients find you and book you.

  6. Experience points mark each step as your record grows. Small, professional rewards that show how far you have come, never a game.

The promise

Always you. Never a fake you.

Ceera only ever works from what you put in. Three promises hold from the day it opens.

  • Your record is yours.

You own your Career DNA, and you can take it with you whenever you like.

  • Your data trains nothing.

Your career data is not used to train AI models. It stops with you.

  • Nothing changes behind your back.

When your record grows, your documents ask before they change. Never silently.
